Experience the flow of movement, accompanied by stretches, meditation and mindful breathing, in our class designed to enhance your holistic well-being.

    Incorporate Stick Mobility exercises to optimize your range of motion, engage muscles effectively, enhance coordination, and increase body awareness. These techniques serve to rejuvenate your mind and body, leaving you feeling refreshed and invigorated after each session

Ballet Training

Our ballet education program, based on The Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus, offers a progressive learning experience in classical ballet. Starting from creative movement classes designed for preschoolers as young as three years old, we guide students through the Graded and Vocational levels, ensuring a comprehensive and structured approach to ballet education.
